How does battery monitoring work? ⌄
Once your EV is connected, our system continuously monitors your battery level. You’ll receive alerts when it reaches your selected threshold, allowing you to schedule charging before it becomes urgent.
What if my battery is already low? ⌄
If your battery is low, you can request service directly through the app or concierge support. Our dispatch system prioritizes rapid response to help get you charged as quickly as possible.
What areas do you serve? ⌄
Service availability depends on active coverage areas. Each market is intentionally limited to ensure consistent, high-quality service for all members.
What happens when membership capacity is reached? ⌄
Once capacity is reached, enrollment pauses. New applicants may join a waitlist and will be notified when availability opens.
