Immediately after your one-time membership fee is processed. Download the app, sync your vehicle, and you're live. First charge can be scheduled within 24 hours.
Is there a monthly fee? ⌄
No. You pay once to join APEX Access. After that, you only pay when you charge—at standard market rates ($50/25kWh, $80/50kWh, $120/80kWh).
How does the PSC battery monitoring work? ⌄
Once you connect your EV to our system, our Predictive State of Charge software monitors your battery level 24/7. When it drops to your selected threshold, we send you an alert (push, email, or SMS—you choose). You tap one button to schedule your charge.
What if I'm already at a low battery when I remember to charge? ⌄
That's exactly why PSC exists—so you never get there. But if you do, our Bumblebee AI dispatches the nearest driver with Level 3 charging to reach you in under 30 minutes.
What areas do you serve? ⌄
Currently Miami, with expansion planned for Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. Each market is capped at 300 members to ensure premium service quality.

The market closes. New applicants join a waitlist. Spots only open when current members move or cancel.
