Bee Charged EV LLC (“Bee Charged EV,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.beechargedev.com, our phone and text lines, checkout links, and our Services, and how we use, share and protect it. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use precise location only to dispatch service and route technicians to you.
We never share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent to third parties for their own marketing.
We use cookies and similar tools to run the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and show Bee Charged EV ads on other sites (for example, through the Meta Pixel and Google). Under some state laws, this ad-related sharing may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out by clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in our footer, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it), or by adjusting cookie settings in your browser. If you give us your number, we will text you about bookings and dispatch. Marketing texts are sent only if you check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: generally, service and payment records for 7 years for tax and legal reasons, membership data for the life of the membership plus 3 years, call recordings for up to 1 year, and marketing data until you opt out. We then delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Square. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Depending on where you live (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Florida and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
To make a request, email info@beechargedev.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call 888-675-9555. We will verify your identity by matching information we already hold and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by 45 days where the law allows). An authorized agent may submit a request with your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
California residents: In the past 12 months we collected the categories listed in Section 1 for the purposes in Section 2 and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 3. We have not sold personal information for money; we may have “shared” device and usage data for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of as described in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share data of consumers under 16. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may ask once a year about disclosures for direct marketing.
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our Site links to social media, partner charging networks, Square checkout and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We operate in the United States and are expanding to Mexico and other markets. Information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use our Services from outside the U.S., you consent to that transfer, and we will apply any additional protections required where we operate.
We will post any update here with a new effective date and notify you by email or a Site notice if the changes are material.
